Court extends TRO and final decision on EV TLC Plates until at least February 14th.
In brief two page court filing, published today, New York State Supreme Court Judge appears to be allowing more time for further arguments from both the City / Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) and New York Taxi Workers Alliance (NYTWA).
Based on our understanding, the temporary restraining order (TRO) on issuing *new* EV TLC Plates will be extended until at least February 14th.
