BREAKING: TLC Announces It Will Maintain Plate Cap, WAV/EV Exemption Remains
Anticipated twice yearly FHV License (aka TLC Plate Cap) determination report was released today
As we wrote in our last article, the TLC, as expected, officially announced it would extend the FHV License (aka TLC Plate Cap) for at least another six months until its next review in August 2021. This is a developing story and we will have a more detailed analysis / commentary in the near future.
