🤕 NYC TLC Driver Attacked & Robbed In Brooklyn
NYPD is searching for a group of two men and three women related to attack on TLC driver in Crown Heights (Brooklyn) on Sunday night
According to several news reports and the police, a NYC Uber driver (a/k/a NYC TLC-licensed driver who was working Uber) was beaten and robbed by a group of passengers in Brooklyn on Sunday night, February 18th.
Patch reports the 61-year old TLC driver was driving down Schenectady Avenue near St. John's Place around 10:45 pm in Crown Heights (Brooklyn) with six passengers in the car. When the TLC driver approached 243 Schenectady Avenue, the NYPD says five of the passengers (two men and three women) suddenly attacked, repeatedly punching him in the head and face, before stealing the driver’s phone.
The driver sustained minor injuries in the assault but declined medical assistance.
