According to the NYPD, four individuals attacked a 45 year old NYC TLC driver in Brooklyn on Sunday, April 7th.

News reports indicate four individuals approached the NYC TLC (“Uber”) driver at 586 Alabama Avenue in the New Lots section of Brooklyn last Sunday at around 7:20pm. The TLC driver was allegedly punched multiple times in the face, threatened with a gun and struck in the head with a metal scooter during a physical altercation before the assailants fled the scene.
No property was taken during the attack and the driver was taken to a hospital with minor physical injuries, according to the NYPD.
