I never believed in TLC and I will never believe the whole process was rigged.
In both the 600 and the 400 I was very very fast in filling the forms and submitting them and then they send you an email saying that you're in the waiting list they don't even tell you what's your position in this list they leave you in doubt, all this is a big lie and a joke i think and am sure a big number of the 1000 plates was allocated before the statement of interest was open, as they said they made the process clear but in reality it wasn't , and do you think 1000 plates is enough, and you know who created all this mess uber & lyft the modern masters and we drivers are the new slaves they created all this mess in the industry
Believe me and trust all processe was rigged , you think the TLC opened the statement of interest for EV plates because of regular drivers like me and many other you're wrong and in the coming months you will see
They just play game with Drivers
This is not a right way to distribute the plates, they need collect all applications do like as draw then all people participate and get a chance.

8 drivers including myself are on the wait-list unbelievable corrupt organization TLC was a very unfair process
